  • Is VAT included?

    Prices are shown without VAT. We add VAT where it applies (for example EU consumers) and confirm on the quote.

  • How long does an Accessible Site take?

    Launch is often measured in days once your content is ready. Studio and Flagship depend on page count and feedback. We confirm a timeline in writing.

  • What counts as a content page?

    Any page beyond the homepage and the Terms, Privacy, and Accessibility statement pages. Those four are included in every package.

  • What counts as a section?

    A content block on a page (for example a hero, feature grid, FAQ, or call to action). Terms, Privacy, and the Accessibility statement do not count toward the section budget.

  • What counts as a page layout?

    A reusable accessible layout (for example a hero, card grid, FAQ, or blog list). Many pages can share a small set of layouts.

  • What do I edit myself?

    Day-to-day text, images, and translations in the online admin.

  • What are site change hours?

    Hours we spend for you: seasonal pages, new sections, layout or navigation tweaks, and similar updates (4h Launch, 12h Studio, 24h Flagship Care). Feature hours on Care Flagship cover small new capabilities. Larger work is quoted separately.

  • Who owns the site?

    You do. You own the website files. No lock-in. Everything can run without Netoum if you want.

  • Where is the site hosted?

    Wherever you want. Every package includes go-live help on your hosting. Or choose Accessible Care if you want us to fully manage that hosting for you.

  • Do I get an online admin?

    Yes. Every Accessible Site package includes an online admin to edit branding, content, and translations anytime.
