Common questions

  • Is VAT included?

    Prices are shown without VAT. We add VAT where it applies (for example EU consumers) and confirm on the quote.

  • How long does an Accessible Site take?

    Launch is often measured in days once your content is ready. Studio and Flagship depend on page count and feedback. We confirm a timeline in writing.

  • What counts as a content page?

    Any page beyond the homepage and the Terms, Privacy, and Accessibility statement pages. Those four are included in every package.

  • What counts as a section?

    A content block on a page (for example a hero, feature grid, FAQ, or call to action). Terms, Privacy, and the Accessibility statement do not count toward the section budget.

  • What counts as a page layout?

    A reusable accessible layout (for example a hero, card grid, FAQ, or blog list). Many pages can share a small set of layouts.

  • What is Manage content?

    Manage content means we update text, images, and pages for you, up to the hours in your Care plan (4h Keep, 12h Manage, 24h Partner). Update hours cover small site fixes beyond content. Feature hours on Partner cover small new capabilities. Larger work is scoped separately.

  • Self-hosting vs Managed Self Hosted?

    Every package includes go-live help on your host. Care plans include Managed Self Hosted if you prefer us to run the site for you.

  • Do I get an admin / CMS?

    Not in the base packages. You own the files; we can update content under Care or as separate work. A client editing tool is on the roadmap.
