Services
We provide Accessible Site packages, Accessible Web App projects, Care plans, and related digital services. Descriptions on this site are informational. The binding scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are set out in a written quote or agreement before work begins.
Quotes and contracts
A project starts when both parties accept a written quote or contract (including by email or electronic signature). Changes to scope may require a revised quote and additional fees.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and may exclude or include VAT as stated on the invoice. There is no card checkout on this website. After we agree scope in writing, we invoice you and you pay by the method stated on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. We may pause or withhold delivery if payment is overdue.
Refunds
Because services are custom professional work, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If a prepaid engagement is cancelled before work starts, we may refund unused prepaid amounts minus any non-recoverable costs, as stated in the quote or agreement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access, content, decisions, and accurate information needed to deliver the services. Delays on your side may shift timelines.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive the rights to use the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, non-confidential methods, and components that were not created uniquely for you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute related to our services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
