What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the email address, subject, optional site URL, and message you submit so we can respond and prepare a quote. We do not use or sell your email for marketing.
When we invoice you for agreed work, we process the billing details needed for accounting and delivery. Card data is not collected on this website.
Our hosting and CDN providers may process technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) needed to operate and secure the site.
Why we use your data
We use personal data to reply to enquiries, deliver contracted services, keep accounting records required by law, and improve the reliability of this website.
Legal bases under the GDPR include performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, and legal obligations (for example tax and accounting).
Processors and sharing
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including a Cloudflare Worker and Resend for contact form delivery, and infrastructure providers that host this site. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. Contracts and invoices are retained for the periods required by Estonian accounting and tax law.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another competent supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, email info@netoum.com .
Cookies
This marketing site stores only what it needs to work in your browser, mainly in localStorage rather than classic HTTP cookies.
Necessary preferences: language choice and accessibility settings (zoom, contrast, motion, cursor, focus, and link underlining). These stay on your device so the site can apply them on later visits.
Optional analytics and marketing categories are offered in the site cookie banner. They stay off until you allow them, and this marketing site does not load those tags by default today. The cookie card in the homepage hero remains an illustrative UI sample.
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent through our Cloudflare Worker to Resend so we can reply by email. That does not by itself place a Netoum tracking cookie in your browser.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be revised when we do.
